If you have received the order and you have a problem or if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 15 days from the day you received the order.

The articles must be in perfect condition (not used, not washed, still with the inside and outside labels, without arrangements and with the respective purchase receipt). The purchase document is essential for making returns.

Medicomfort reserves the right to refuse late returns if the shoes are not in the same condition in which they were shipped and / or if they do not comply with our return conditions. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or until you provide proof of shipment.

If you intend to return items we consider that the shipment is at your own risk and you must bear the costs related to the shipment and the product in case of loss.



You can exchange an item purchased on our website within 15 days from the date of confirmation of shipment. The exchange will be possible as long as it is an exchange for the same item (the same reference number), by color and / or size, is in perfect condition, the price has not changed and even if the item has stock.

If, for any reason, the exchange of a certain product is not possible, the value of the same will be refunded.

If you want to exchange a product because you changed your mind, the cost of shipping the new product will be borne by the customer.


Repayment period

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used to process the order within a maximum of 14 days, depending on your bank and the payment method used.

  • If you made the payment with a credit card, the refund will be made on the same card and can be verified on the following statement.
  • When paying by Paypal, the refund is credited to your PayPal account and will be immediately available.
  • In the case of Counter Delivery or ATM, your bank details will be requested (IBAN and SWIFT) and the refund will be made by bank transfer.


Incorrect refund

If your refund amount is incorrect, contact our Customer Service department and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.


Rates and Taxes

Orders sent to countries outside the EU, or with different tax and customs policies than most EU countries, may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees charged in the country of destination (Import Duties).

In this way, the receiver may have to bear additional customs clearance charges. V. Parodi does not control these charges. Customs policies vary from country to country; the customer should contact the local customs services for more information. When customs clearance procedures are necessary, there may be a delay in the estimated delivery time.

The delivery time is indicative and is considered valid when there are no obstructions of various kinds (for example: incorrect addresses or force majeure setbacks).
