Shipping & Deliveries

EXPEDITION

All orders, whether destined for Mainland Portugal and the Islands or for international countries, will be shipped by the carriers DPD, Dachser or CTT. They will be sent directly to the address provided, under the following conditions:

Mainland Portugal

Shipping cost: Free delivery on orders with a value equal to or greater than €75. For orders under €75, the shipping cost will be borne by the consumer in the amount of €6.09.

Delivery time: Deliveries in Mainland Portugal take between 2–3 business days.

Portugal Islands

Shipping cost: Free delivery on orders with a value equal to or greater than €75. For orders under €75, the shipping cost will be borne by the consumer in the amount of €7.

Delivery time: Deliveries take between 5–7 business days.

European Union

Shipping cost: Free delivery on orders with a value equal to or greater than €100. For orders under €100, the shipping cost will be borne by the consumer in the amount of €15,99.

Delivery time: International deliveries take between 5–7 business days.

Delivery times begin 24 business hours after the purchase date. Weekends and holidays are excluded from delivery times. National, regional, and local holidays are observed, as well as those of the market where the warehouse/logistics center is located.

During sales periods, special promotions, or campaigns, deliveries may be delayed. Potential delivery delays can occur for various reasons, such as product customization, unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, or when the delivery area is rural or remote.

Except in cases of product customization or unforeseen or exceptional circumstances, we will ship your order within the timeframe indicated on the website using the selected delivery method, but always within a maximum period of 30 days from the order confirmation date. If, after this period, you have not received your order, please contact us at geral@medicomfort.pt. For security reasons, delivery cannot be guaranteed to P.O. boxes, hotels, aparthotels, residences, tourist apartments, transport agencies, logistics platforms, and/or similar locations.

TO TRACK MY ORDER

After payment has been authorized, you will receive an email with your order number. From that moment, you can check the status of your order and track it on the website of the selected carrier.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If the carrier is unable to deliver the order in person, a postal voucher will be left to allow you to collect the order at the nearest post office.

 

TO SEND RETURNED ORDERS

When an order is returned due to the customer’s responsibility and the customer wishes it to be resent, an additional fee (equivalent to the shipping cost) must be paid before we can process a new shipment. This payment must be made by bank transfer, and the proof of payment should be sent to geral@medicomfort.pt or by fax to +351 229 866 803, along with the order return number.
