Returns and Exchanges

EXCHANGES

You can exchange an item purchased on our website within 15 days from the confirmation of shipment. The exchange will be possible as long as it is for the same item (same reference number), in a different color and/or size, is in perfect condition, the price has not changed, and the item is still in stock. If, for any reason, an exchange for a particular product is not possible, its value will be refunded. If you wish to exchange a product because you changed your mind, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. As for the exchange shipping, it will be free only if the value of the product is equal to or greater than 100€ for international purchases.

RETURNS

If you have received your order and it presents any issues, or if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 15 days from the day you received the order.

The items must be in perfect condition (unused, unwashed, with the original tags still attached, without alterations, and accompanied by the purchase receipt). The purchase document is essential for processing returns.

Medicomfort reserves the right to refuse returns made outside the specified period, if the footwear is not in the same condition it was sent in and/or if it does not comply with our return conditions. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or until you provide proof of its shipment.

If you wish to return items, the shipping will be your responsibility, and you must bear the costs related to the return shipping and the product in case of loss.

REFUND PERIOD

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used to place the order, within a maximum of 14 days, depending on your bank and the payment method used.

If you made the payment with a credit card, the refund will be made to the same card and can be checked on the following statement.

For PayPal payments, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account and will be immediately available.

In cases of Cash on Delivery or ATM payments, your bank details (IBAN and SWIFT) will be requested, and the refund will be made via bank transfer.

INCORRECT REFUND

If the amount of your refund is incorrect, please contact our Customer Support department, and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

TARIFFS AND TAXES

Orders shipped to countries outside the EU, or to countries with different tax and customs policies from those of most EU countries, may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and fees charged in the destination country (Import Duties).

As a result, the recipient may have to bear additional customs clearance charges. V. Parodi does not control these charges. Customs policies vary from country to country; the customer should contact the local customs authorities for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, there may be a delay in relation to the estimated delivery time.
