Basket
Adding items to the shopping basket without completing the purchase process does not constitute a reservation. The price and availability of products stored in the basket are subject to change. You will find the most recent price for each product in the basket.
Process order
Once you have added all the items you want to buy to the basket, the next step is to process the order as a registered or unregistered user and make the payment. To do this, you must follow the steps of the purchase process, filling out or checking the information requested in each step. Additionally, during the purchase process, you will be able to modify your order details before making payment.

After payment authorization
Shortly after authorizing the payment you will receive an email with the order number. From that moment, you can check the status of the order in the section “My orders”. All orders are subject to product availability. When there are difficulties in supplying products or there are no items in stock, we will send the rest of the items or cancel your order if you include only one item. We proceed to refund any amount already paid.
Cancel or modify an order
If you want to cancel an order that has just been processed, log in to your account, select "My orders" and, in the order you want to cancel, select this option. If you have processed an order without registering that you need to cancel or modify it, you will need to contact our Customer Service Department. Keep in mind that:
- The “cancel order” function will be active until your order is ready. If it is not active, it means that it is no longer possible to cancel it.
- Once canceled, you cannot go back, but you can always place a new order.
- You can make changes, but only if it is in the same article / reference, by color and / or size, as long as it does not exceed the initial value and the articles are available.
- You cannot add articles; they can only be modified (size or color) or removed.
Change the delivery address
If you need to change your delivery address, we suggest that you contact our Customer Service Department in the “Contact” section as soon as possible. We would like to inform you that any change in address after sending the order may cause a delay in delivery of at least 48 hours (working days).
Order invoice
If you need the purchase invoice, we suggest that you create an account with the company's tax data and / or register as a private individual by entering the necessary tax data to issue the invoice. This way you will always have the invoice available in PDF format that we will send by email.
