SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All Orders, whether for Mainland Portugal and Islands or for International countries, will be sent by the carrier DPD, Dachser or CTT. They will be sent directly to the address indicated, under the following conditions:
Shipping cost: free delivery on an order worth 75€ or more. If the order is less than 75€ , the cost must be borne by the consumer in the amount of 5.05€.
Delivery time: deliveries in mainland Portugal between 2 - 3 working days.
Shipping cost: free delivery on an order worth 75€ or more. If the order is less than 75€, the cost must be borne by the consumer in the amount of € 5.95.
Delivery time: deliveries between 5 - 7 working days.
Shipping cost: free delivery on an order worth 100€ or more. If the order is less than 100€, the cost must be borne by the consumer in the amount of 15€.
Delivery time: International deliveries between 5 - 7 working days.
Delivery times start 24 working hours after the purchase date. Weekends and holidays are excluded from delivery times. National, regional and local holidays are respected, as are those in the market where the warehouse / logistics center is located.
During sales period or special promotions and campaigns, deliveries may be delayed. Potential delays in delivery can occur for several reasons, such as product customization, unforeseen circumstances, force majeure and when the delivery area is a rural or remote area.
Except in circumstances resulting from product customization, or in unforeseen or exceptional circumstances, we will send the order to you within the period indicated on the website using the selected delivery method, but always within the maximum period of 30 days from the date of Confirmation the order. If, after the deadline, you have not received your order, contact us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org.For security reasons we do not guarantee delivery to POs, hotels, residence, tourist apartments, transport agency, logistics platforms and / or similar.
Track my order
After the payment is authorized, you will receive an email with the order number. From that moment, you can check the status of the order and track it on the website of the carrier chosen.
In case of difficulty in locating your order, please contact us through our email email@example.com.
In the event that the carrier cannot deliver the order by hand, a postal order will be left to collect the order at the nearest post office.
Send returned order
When an order is returned due to the customer's responsibility and the customer wants it to be resent, an additional fee (in the amount of the shipping cost) must be paid before we can process a new shipment. This payment must be made by bank transfer and the proof sent to the email firstname.lastname@example.org or fax +351 229 866 803, together with the order return number.
